Fight will be hype.Rua,is a legend.Total respect to the dude.Beast of a striker.The fucker would knock Satan out.
Jones is ripping through the light heavy ranks in the ufc,with a string of wins.In his last 3 fights He bossed Brandon Vera with elbow strikes in 1 round,Bossed Vlad Matyushenko with elbows-in a minuite-And at ufc#126 tapped out Ryan Bader in 2 rounds with a guillotine choke.
Cant wait for this match.

Im not sure what will happen regarding the athletes contracts however.
As far as i know,the April 1st card is still on.

*Looks like Wanderlei Silva and Vitor Belfort will be locking up again soon in the ufc.Dana White has revealed that its the fight he wants to see next for both veterans.


Does anyone have any advice for me about the forced changes on my diet?
I got a Hernia operation in May,and as a result have had to quit with my monday,tuesday,and fridays at the gym.Which means that im going to have to quit using Creatine189.
Im not sure how many calories i need to eliminate from my normal Daily intake,whilst im recovering from the hernia op.
Whats the best type of diet Pre and post op?

*Bullshit of a stoppage in the main event.The ref jumped in far too quickly.Daly should get an immediate rubber band in my opinion.Real good scrap between these two.
