I considered calling this thread The Forward Defensive, however, today we won a T20 in India in a somewhat convincing fashion after a decidedly poor tour of the Indian subcontinent.

I'd say average, rather than poor. All other non Asian sides have suffered the same fate in recent years. Hopefully Australia will shortly face a similar humbling on their tour of India.

T20s, however, are the greatest leveller when there is an imbalance of talent between any two sides.
